Periodical Maintenance

After you have finished cooking on the Hogg Boss roasting oven, prepare for the next usage by burning off any residue of food from the burners.

Annual Maintenance

To ensure the safe and efficient performance of the Hogg Boss roasting oven, the burners should be inspected and cleaned at least once a year or after any period of storage exceeding one month. Refer to installation and service instructions.

Exterior Finish

Should oxidation spots appear, wash thoroughly with hot soapy water, a mild abrasive cleaning material, such as a common household scouring sponge may be used. Ensure a forward and backwards cleaning motion follows the grain of the stainless steel, this will retain the overall lustre. A stainless steel cleaner can be used which can be purchased from most hardware outlets or your dealer.

Replacement Parts

These are obtainable from ourselves or your dealer. If a problem is found with the regulator, hose, burner or control valves, do not attempt to repair. Contact us directly or your approved service centre for repairs or replacement parts. To ensure optimum performance, it is essential that only original replacement parts are used.
