The Hogg Boss oven is more than capable of cooking a variety of Meat, Poultry and potatoes. Please refer to the table shown as a suggested guide for various cooking times.

The Profitable Option

The maximum weight to be used in the Hogg Boss roasting oven is 60Kgs/130lbs.

You can expect to produce approximately 300 to 350 portions for this weight of meat. Averaging a cost of £3.00 per bun, its easy to see below, the profits made from just one roast.

An astonishing £897.50 in easy profit to be made, less of course, any gas or travelling expenses. Its easy to see just how quickly you will be able to recover your investment.

Alternatively, you can adapt the roasting oven by using the conversion pack available, enabling you to cook up to 150 potatoes perfectly.
